Tacfit Commando Review - Scott Sonnon's Military Fitness Program Review

| |

The Tacfit Commando fitness program is not your "run of the mill" workout program. It is less focused upon getting you to look better but more on getting you to a whole new physical ability level.
The program is the creation of Scott Sonnon, noted trainer, and is used by various elite outfits all over the world, including units in the Israeli army, anti-terrorism squads, bodyguards, law enforcement agencies, and martial art fighters.
These guys care less about getting huge muscles than they do about getting their body to perform at the top most level and be able to push themselves to greater heights of ability. In many cases, their job not only requires it, their life may depend on it too.

This is why the TacFit Commando program isn't right for someone whose top most priority is to burn a little body fat or become more muscular. It's a program for guys and gals who wish to become immensely fitter. In the process, you can expect to lose a ton of body fat and to develop the kind of lean, elongated muscles that athlete has. So, not a bodybuilding program but an internal body construction program.
All of the workouts in this program are bodyweight exercise. You won't need any equipment to do any of these exercises. However, this doesn't mean that the workouts won't be challenging. On the contrary, I've seen some of the videos in this program where Scott Sonnon shows how to perform the exercises. I was quite shocked to see the level of fitness required to do some of these exercises right. Expect a true challenge even if you believe yourself fit.
This program makes me respect special ops soldiers all the more since I'm having trouble with some of the exercises myself, and I'm pretty fit. This is why it's good that the program is divided into several levels, from beginner to advanced. Even if you're fit, start with the beginner workouts. You may be surprised at how challenging they are.
This is a program for people who are not only prepared to work hard but relish a challenge. It's also a way to develop the kind of hard bodies and functional muscles that soldiers and top units have, the kind that's most impressive for most people.
If you want a new way to workout, burn a lot of body fat, and feel like a special ops soldier, I recommend trying this program out. However, expect a real challenge.
